    Items purchased (via credit card) through this website and returned or cancelled by purchaser, at purchaser’s expense, are subject to a 15% (minimum $5) restocking fee on unopened/unused/unshipped stock items.  NO RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON USED ITEMS, SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS or CUSTOM DIES.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Manufacturer defects and/or issues must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
